• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Great..!!

and the brp issue doesn't even have the gold edges....:roflblack::roflblack: good to know the manual is available for the common folk...:roflblack:

I got this . . .

. . . . and it looks good . I got a lot more than my money's worth out of the one I got for my 2008 GS, I expect the same on this one.

While I don't do a lot of work on my Spyder, I do like to understand what I am getting into when I start something that I think should be easy.

I loaded it on my iPhone and iPad, so, I should always have it with me for reference. Same with the Operator's Manual.

Man, after reading the above I about choked on my beer! I have a hardback maintenance manual for each of my vehicles.

There are bookmarks for the things most done with notes on how to do it easier. BRP has the best wiring diagram of any of them tucked in the back pocket. Used it often.

The paper manual for the '09 GS was $100 with 570 pages and I sucked that one up. A thousand page maintenance manual has how much more information? Interested in what the other 430 pages are telling us.

Spent too many hours getting seasick going through microfiche files finding the proper maintenance procedure. I'm a bit biased about the 'puter thang.

I like my hardcopies, greasy smudges and all.

A 80% increase in price might tip me over the edge on getting a download. Hope the hardback price comes down after a while...

What is nice about this manual is its on my I-Pad mini, and in my Drop Box so it is always with me. This manual is the exact same as BRP from what I was told. It comes from the same data. I love it.

Right one is Aux lamps. Left is heated grips. The switches that plug in there come with the upgrade kits.

Manual Not Complete for 2016 F-3T

BODY Subsection is missing, or after paging through 1000+ pages I couldn't find it. Want to install heated grips and to do that it appears that the console needs to be taken off for access to zip ties to be cut.

Downloaded the manual off of the above link and it doesn't have an index like the flat rate guide has.

Does anyone know where BODY subsection is? :sour:

It's missing! I contacted the seller and he alluded that I did not know how to search a PDF document and then said they "hide" stuff in there. It's a rip-off without the BODY subsection.

Is this the Green Manual by Midwest Manuals downloaded size 110,476 KB ??? Shows same 1090 pages...

If so--it wasn't that great--the index pages didn't resemble the actual repair pages--plus it lacked some important info. I emailed them with a questiion but never received an answer :-(

Can anyone tell me for certain whether the F-3 are still using the shutter system with a single beam to make high and low beams on the headlights??

F3 headlight bulbs are H4 single bulb with two strategically placed filaments.

Got mine off eBay. It has all sections. Body stuff is pg 28 & pg 48.

Just a note: the wiring diagrams are the worst I've ever seen and stuff is hidden everywhere. Same as the factory paper.
