• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 - Rain Cover for seating

Can anyone recommend a cover for our seats that is a good fit with not too much slack
to be flappin' in the wind? (Was out yesterday and during a lunch-stop, the sky opened
up... needless to say a cover would have been welcome)

Not sure if there is such a thing as an aftermarket rain cover for seat.

I am thinking a plastic garbage bag put around the seat, then shut the seat down, and you should be good for one or two uses. A little duct tape to snug it up underneath. No weight or issues with hauling a couple with you on the :ani29:

Was thinking of the seat configuration.... Possibly I can look at something made for a GoldWing or large cruiser.

(And again just for the seat.)

you know the stock seat is not real leather, so it doesn't need a cover to protect it from the rain? Just asking in case you thought the "suede" was real leather. Figured I'd mention it so you could skip the cover if that's why you wanted it.

This is what I have, though they don't make one for the F3, yet....
It works great! I use it more when I'm washing the Spyder than when riding in the rain.

Right....I just wanted something to slap on quick if stopped and rain may be coming to
keep by a$$ dry for the ride....
