• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What a sweet looking ride, me like the red one
Any one want to tell my wife I need to upgrade, already (again)
Need to build a nicer doghouse first, ha ha

OWN

YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN PAL.....
i have enuff problems convince'n my wife of a needed upgrade.....:banghead:
GOOD LUCK....

Good luck with your dilemma. :roflblack::roflblack: The red is very nice.

I like the profile. Looks a lot like a Honda F6B--which I like very much. And that low 26" seat is appealing because of my hip issues.

Slight twist ... how do I convince my husband that I NEED an upgrade from my wonderful ST-L to the F3T ?? So far I'm focussing on mileage .. How do you guys actually think? what is my best 'argument' ?

Not knowing much about full lineup, but the new F3 can trailer like the ST. Most of us that have St want the 1330 now. If you can match the perks of the limited (ones you want). Rest will be NEW & yall can swap rides back & forth:ohyea:so he can enjoy it too:thumbup:.

(Fun quote from transformers 2 "Happy wife happy life")

Thanks! - he's already got a new F3S ... I have 'reduced reach' seat on my ST ---- maybe I NEED to practice on the F3 so he NEEDS to ride the squashed-up (for him) ST - that might do it :roflblack: Think we're onto something here...

Lois,
Since you're already the "Better-Half" of the household; your job is much easier than ours! :D
Fuel economy, fuel mileage, lower engine rpms at cruising speeds...
You've got a lot of arrows in the quiver for you to use; just pick the right time to use them, and good luck!

time

Thanks,Bob
Yep, I've got time to use the arrows in the quiver - we may see the F3T in about March and it'll be mid-2016 before dealers have any demo bikes, so plenty of time. We've already noticed that I need fuel on the ST way before he does on the F3, and planning big Oz trips so range is important - another arrow! Whoo hoo.
