• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 is a home run!

I've had several motorcycles, including a few Harley's, and many snowmobiles too over the years. This is my third spyder, the first being a 2012 RS-S followed by a 2014 RT Limited and now I just picked up a 2015 F3-S which is my favorite to date. I can't say enough about how Can Am finally got this bike right, it accelerates and handles as you would expect, and it looks and even sounds like you would hope for without any modifications. I miss the wind management of my Limited and the stereo, but the F3 handling and performance along with a great sound, makes those features forgettable. Well kind of as I do like being able to listen to music, so I now finally wear a helmet as I put blue tooth speakers in it and connect with my phone, so all is good! This bike requires you to wear a helmet anyway as the tallest windshield, I have the blue ridge I think it's called, does not protect your face from debris or bugs (and I'm only 5-10). I bought this without a test drive and initially told the dealer to add the akro... Exhaust, but after hearing YouTube clips, I told him to hold off as I'll wait for two brothers to design one. I'm glad I did as the stock exhaust sounds awesome (even sounds deeper and more throaty than my limited that had the two brother pipe on it), but I may try the pre exhaust delete pipe down the road. If your on the fence about this machine and you like to "play" with your bikes, you will love this new F3 as the electronics let you have almost to much fun, it has a feel like my late 90s snowmobiles I miss too!

:congrats: on your newest pride and joy!

:lecturef_smilie: Don't forget to brush; after EACH ride...

Forgot to mention, get the driving light kit that goes in those side scoops, they help a lot! I think this bike with the added lights is brighter than my limited was with all its lighting!

Congratulations...And I see you have also picket the best color.

I love mine. In-fact I never drove it, and just remember the original back in 2008, but that was
about it. Today went out, caught in the ran for about 1/2 of the ride and with the BlueRidge
windscreen I/we were just fine. I'm up to about 750miles in three weekends, and each time
out it just gets better!

The stock exhaust is actually a pleasant surprise. It seems like can am actually designed it to push the limits of the epa's requirements on decibel ratings! I had just put the two brothers carbon pipe on my 1330 RT Limited a week before I traded it on this F3, and was mad I was gunna have to buy a new one. After 250 miles on my F3, I truely believe the stock F3 is louder and deeper than the two brothers was and I'm extremely happy with its tone (and this is from a Harley driver that always had VH or Screamin Eagle pipes)! I do believe the exhaust can be made to loud, my 2012 RS-S had no cats and dual two brothers carbon pipes on it and that thing was annoying after 10 minutes.

It does turn some heads, especially when I get on the throttle.

Yes it isn't nothing special at idle unless in a garage, but once your driving down the road and you hit about 4000 rpms, it really wakes up and gives a inspiring growl I can't get enough of! The bike makes you feel like Dale Earnhardt on it lol, much more confident at high speeds and in corners compared to previous models.

I just picked mine up from one of the largest Ski Doo/ Can Am dealers in the nation (Simonars) last week, and it's only the second one they sold. The other dealers around (the Green Bay and Fox Valley area) haven't sold one yet, this is kinda shocking! If people would try one, they would buy one. However i don't mind being only one of two around with a F3 (other one is black and chrome). So its all good with me lol!
