• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 Idler Pulley install video

Thanks

Lamont, you're a good man.......but we all knew that. Not even one of your products and you still went to the trouble of making an install video. Thanks very much :thumbup::firstplace:

Idler

Thanks that was most helpful. Really liked your use of the screw diver and hole punch.
it was useful to see the tolerances and alignment to the belt.
Thanks again

Really good video! Quick couple of questions;

1. Should the belt alignment be adjusted before installation?

2. How will this effect the belt tensions? Any changes in procedure when adjusting tension?

Thanks once again....

You always keep us up to date on the new items Your and others ...:firstplace:

Where did you find one? Dealer here acts like I'm crazy. Is there a link or something?
thanks

got mine today from power sports no bolts does any one know what they are

There are two 13mm bolts that are already on the F3 holding the rear foot pegs. Those two bolts are also re-used to install the idler arm bracket that sits on top of the existing hardware and you just need to Loctite down the two 13mm bolts when you put them back in to install the idler pulley.

Do NOT use Loctite only use blue thread lock
