• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 gas tank

Has anyone else had problems with filling up the tank? The lid just doesn't seem to open up wide enough to get a proper alignment of the gas nozzle.

The lid doesn't open all the way to allow the vapor recovery hose/nozzle we have here in California to fit properly but I've filled my tank twice and didn't have any problem with filling it up or it stopping automatically.

Will have to take a closer look to see if I can make some modification . Last and first fill up wasn't pretty and as usual the stations paper towel dispenser was empty.

? Huh ? Not sure what you are talking about. A picture might help. Mine opens just fine, easy fillups. I'll get a picture later.

The flip up only opens to a vertical position, leaving the internal sealing portion in the way which crowds the vapor ring on the pump nozzle. One would think the gas cap would swing all the way open until it hits the Tupperware .

Yes California. I ordered the item suggested above which pulls back the vapor guard. Only problem is the site couldn't complete the transaction, but I see Pay Pal took out the money. Emailed Mc Cuff.

Did you get the sport bike model version? Let us know how it worked out on the F3.
Thanks!

Yes, and will report back. I'm in Los Angeles and they are in Beverly Hills, so should have soon once I get the order issue resolved and I burn through the tank of gas...[emoji57]

No filling up on my end for a while. Mine has been stuck in the garage for a couple of weeks because of snow and frigid temps. :gaah::banghead::gaah:

Can't wait for warmer weather!

That figures . . . .

Clip..

Here in california they used to have a clip to hold back the nozzel cover. Used to sell the heck outta them back when. Worth checking into it may still be around...

What a mess

It seems McCuff's customer service line is not in use. Called and I just get offers for all kinds of products and services, including phone sex. Filled a complaint with Pay Pal. What a pain in the &%$#.
