F3 frunk release

I don't know what to search for so I'll just ask. One of my very few pet peaves with my F3T is the Frunk. Having to turn the key and reach around to open the danged thing at the same time is a PITA.
Has anyone come up with something to fix this. My RTL had a spring so it popped open.

Your frunk latch just needs to be adjusted. I just turn the key to pop it and then walk up front and lift.

Here's the thing....

this has been a problem with all spyders. Many have put a cargo net on the lid which makes it even worse. The adjustment works for most but there was a thread that explained how to add a better spring to make it pop up on the locking pin. You do have to press down some where the softer spring you just drop the lid and it latches....:thumbup: Believe it is a home depot item (spring) and your set....
