There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are standard H3 halogen lamps. You can pick them up at any auto parts or even wal mart.
Thanks for the information. I went ahead and opened it up and found out that you are correct. Details on the BRP website omits the bulb detail. It is an Osram 64151 55 watt bulb. I used the Sylvania model. 
You do not need to disassemble as far as I did. There is a latch with a hinge to remove the bulb. No screws will need to be removed. The positive wire connection can be pulled out without removing the heat shrink and replaced with ease.

Would you happen to know the outside diameter of the housing on the fog lamp??? Thx
The opening is approximately 70mm. The housing enlarges as you get closer to the mount.
