I finally had a chance to get out today (next weekend will report with 2-up) and see the
differences the sway and end-links had. Very VERY nice!
The first thing immediately noticed was in the steering. Seemed quicker to respond, which
would make sense since you are reducing the potential roll. It took a few miles to re-adjust
to that.
Second item obviously was the cornering. Much nicer to the point where the VSS would
barely activate... if at all... can't remember. Flatter in the corners and much less understeer. I
was out with a friend on his Buell, and we were moving at a nice clip on some tight twisty roads
with elevation changes of all sorts. The machine was just great(er)! As-far-as cost vs return, that
could very well be the #1 item to get on the F3/F3S.
As I mentioned next weekend once I'm out with the wifey-unit, that will be test#2, but I'm
extremely happy to say it was a great addition. :thumbup:
