so awhile back I got my backordered akrapovic muffler. I wasn't sure how I felt about it. Part of my problem was that the weather was bad and I couldn't ride much before we went on a long vacation. I was lucky to have a nice day to drop the spyder off at the dealership before we left, and then when I got back 3 weeks later, I couldn't really remember what the stock muffler sounded like other than I'd liked it and I liked the crackling on deceleration etc. The new one sounded different, but I had nothing to compare it to, so I wasn't sure how I felt about it.
After going to Demo days yesterday I got a chance to hear the stock muffler again, and now I can report that I DO like the akrapovic muffler better.
