• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 1330 first service, park or ride?

Looking for opinions. My F3S has about 2980 miles on it, and my first service appointment is scheduled for three weeks from now (that's the soonest they could get me in). This is the 3000 mile service. Should I park my ride and joy till then, or limit my riding over the next three weeks, hopefully going into service at about 3500 miles? I know, should have planned for this in advance, but did not think it would take three weeks to get in. Thanks in advance.

I have had the same thing happen to me. Dealer said "don't worry about it, as long as its within reason".

I just turned 2300 today after a ride I checked the oil, still on full mark and looked like it was put in yesterday, I sure wouldn't worry about going over 3000 !!!

Ryde on....

that 3000 miles is a recommended point. you can go before or after with out a problem. It's the same oil they recommend 9,300 miles between changes. They mostly want to check all systems are a go so if you have no problems keep ryding....
