• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F-4 windshields

Yes I have and have ridden over 8000 miles with it this year and absolutely love it! I am 6'4 and originally got the XL Wide Extra Tall and found it to be too big. I exchange for the XL Wide and Sport version with vent and find it the best! I can put it down all the way and get a nice gentle breeze and if I put it up all the way the air goes over my helmet. The width and design of this windshield is the key. On my previous 3 spyders I have had a total of 5 different windshields and none of them compared to this F4.

You will not be disappointed in F-4 quality or customer service. I have the shorty version (no vent) on my RT and love it!

Thanks for the input, I'm leaning toward the tinted, vented wide and tall. I'm 6'2 but all my height is from my rear up... The stock windshield is just to short.

f-4 windshield

There was four of the group I rode around with at spyder palooza we all got the one's with the vent and everyone liked them. Great product and great people to deal with.

just added one this past weekend. got to say that I like it and the wife really, really likes it. her head doesn't take near the pounding that it did with the stock windshield. we got the one that was 3" taller and 4" wider and tinted.

I will post pics later on today

Had the 3"taller 5"wider than Stock installed at Spyder Palooza did the Saturday ride and the 900 plus mile ride home with it. played with it quite a bit and found several different positions that worked for several different conditions. I believe this windshield will also be excellent for the passenger. Did notice a drop in MPG but that's not any worry for me.

had one on my Harley until I sold it. Always clear, never scratched, never foggy. But when it developed a crack, I never could get a response from emails to F4. The crack never grew, so I didn't worry bout it.
