• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

EZ Pass

I had it sutck to the underside of the Frunklid... it wouldn't stay put! :gaah:
So I gave up, ad mounted it up on the dash on the Right-Hand side.
That way, the camera; which is on the left, should have an unobstructed view of it.
(I'll see if I can grab a pic tomorrow for you!)

WP_000088.jpg I have had mine on the inside of the "frunk cover for over 1 year. It has been read through all toll booths I have gone through. The industrial strength Velcro that it comes with it works great. My NY EZPass has an "M" designation on it, which I assume is for motorcycles. If you pull a trailer in NJ you get charged for 3 axles on toll roads. BS, but what are you gonna do? Still fun to ride & go someplace. Lake George next week!!:yes::yes::yes::yes: Yeah I know, a little excessive with the dancing peppers, but we are excited to meet new folks at SpyderQuest next week. My EZ Pass will work just fine, as it always has.

you can never have enough dancing peppers.

On the inside of frunk lid.

Some more peppers for you >>>:yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes:

Another vote for frunk lid.
Before mounting it, make sure you clean up the plastic area with alcohol to clean off any residue that interferes with the tape adhering.

Another vote for under the frunk lid. I had it there for our Vermont trip and it stayed put. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol first.

The Velcro mounting wasn't holding it to the frunklid, so I reosrted to "Plan B"...

I get a little bit of glare up in the windshield, but it's off to the side, and isn't bothersome.
I used a heavy-duty double-sided tape; the sort of stuff that you'd use to stick automotive moulding to your cage...
It should be strong enough to keep the typical lazy :cus:, from trying to walk off with it...

WOW!

Wow - the things I learn here!!!:bowdown: I have mine in one of those holders with the suction cups - stuck on the dash next to the handlebars. Looks kinda yucky, but works. I never thought they would work from the frunk. I'm moving mine tonight!! :ohyea::ohyea::ohyea: I've got the frunk lid organizer and I'll just put it into one of the pockets.

THANKS!

If you want to use double sided tape I recommend 3M VHB tape.
