Hey all you Spyder owners who use the EZ Bracket for mounting saddlebags......does anyone have the black anodized mounting post option and if so, does the black anodizing stand up to the wear and tear of mounting the bags? Wondering if it wears off over time and then it looks scratched. I think they would look better initially but if they get scratched then they would look worse and would prefer to have the standard stainless posts. Thanks!

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just put a set on my old 2019 F3 base(sold it f3 to my best friends wife). I was missing one of the black bolts in the bracket package. I called the manufacturer and they told me I had and older model even though I just bought them a couple of month ago. They no longer sell them with the black bolts because they rust all over the bags and mounts. He replaced all my bolts with stainless steel for free. I would call and get yours replaced if you have black mounting bolts.
