Extended Warranty in Florida

When I bought my Spyder in 2010 I was told the Best Warranty was not available in Florida. Is this still true? I did purchase a third party warranty through my dealer that would reimburse me for the cost of repairs, and wonder if this is still the only option available to Florida residents.

They can't sell the BEST warranty in Florida, but you can purchase it from an out of state dealer and dealers in Florida will still honor it.
