• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Exhaust Wrap

Questions

:2thumbs:Just finished wrapping the exhaust and if you have large hands like me it can be a bit challenging. Whatch out for the expanded metal in front of the oil cooler. I have several battle scars from coming to close to it. Took it for a short spin and there is a noticeable difference in heat on the left leg. I would recommend it to anyone that lives in the south like me. Took a little over 50', but I overlapped it about 50%. Got mine at Advanced Auto Parts. $29.95 for 50'x1". I did mine in Tan because its all they had, but sure you could find black if you look around. One trick I learned was as you advance the wrapping continue to advance the second hose clampso you dont loose what you have already wrapped and you can take a break. Overall a 3/10 on difficulty simply because of my large hands and repeated contact with sharp objects. I would definetaly do it again. One other trick, if you drive the :spyder2: up on ramps it ends up the perfect height to sit on a roll around shop stool, easier on old backs also.
