• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Exhaust questions??

I am looking at getting a slip-on exhaust for my 2009. I was just wondering if anyone had any input on which one I should get. I really like the sound of the MBRP. I was also wondering if I need to get a juice box? I am not looking for better perfromance, just looking to make it louder. Thanks

I have the Hindle and a JB, but you don't have to get a JB with the Hindle. A JB does make it nice to be able to dial it in for better performance. I also have the Green Air Filter. There are other options on making it louder. I'm sure some of the other spyderlovers with different setups will chime in.

if get new exhaust suggestion to take jucie box get best fuel mix to bike

did have hindle on ,with out juicebox not great ,poping lean fuel mix

now like new bike :2thumbs:

:congrats: and welcome.
I ran the stock muffler on my '09 and plan on sticking with the factory setup on my RTS. Just my choice.:D

Whatever that is ,that is sweet! It even looks loud! Probably too loud for me. The Hindle is just right for what I do. I don't anger my neighbors either. Or local law enforcement. I know many of these guys so I don't want to push it!

I think I am going to invest in the JB as well. I think the Hindle is leaning out the mix just a tad, so we have to re-balance things. The O2 modifier wouldn't hurt either...

I have two brothers exhaust with no jb.Idle not steady but runs like an animal. :2thumbs:

TROOPER! TROOPER!! Does it pop or backfire any on you, especially on downshifts? I heard that was a knock on that setup, but just a rumor as far as I'm concerined. Now that you have one, Does it? That means lean of course...

I have that setup and ever so slight pop on down shift. barely noticeable but I plan on a JB

welcome

Two Brothers exhaust is awesome. Had impressive backfiring on downshifting and going downhill. The pop didn't bother me as much as worrying about being too lean. The juice box at original setting solved the problem. No more backfiring, a little more grunt.

That's no a muffler... That's just an extended header pipe!

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::D

I have the 2 Bro's single can with o2 sensor mod and no JB. I did get some popping but, since getting it back with the 2nd new DPS, I no longer have the popping. BUDS picked up some codes, two that I know of and they were cleared. ECM was updated and updates checked.

I'm trying out the HMF. It's cheaper than the Hindle, sounds about the same so far, but it's been too hot and rainy to take it on any longer rides yet. Looks cool.
