• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Re everyone OK

A good friend of mine lost most of her house, gazebo, sheds, fence( wood 8Ft to keep the dogs in) another friend had a tree land in his mobile home. Two people in that mobile home park didn't make it. Very large RV on the house roof behind my friends house. She has saved all her dogs but a lot of her cats may be in another county. Her husband was at work and didn't know what happened till she called him. They have his truck, her van, and a car the garage is a total loss, the sheds not much good as they pretty much collapsed or siding all gone. Roof of house almost all gone. They have had shots of her place and others on FOX NEWS. The whole thing is at this point one BIG HAIRY MESS!!!!!!!!! prayers for those who lost their loved ones and those who will need help to get them thru this. All prayers accepted. Thank you.:pray::pray:

Sure hate to hear about the storms in Arkansas and Missouri, especially the deaths. Prayers for all.

I retired as the police chief In Lincoln 18 miles from there. Out of respect for the family members I won't mention any names but one of the gentlemen that was lost, was the father of a life time friend of mine. They have had the dairy farm on highway 59 for as long as I can remember. I consider that family the salt of the earth.

I spoke with one of my officers today and was advised the area looked like a war zone. Most will not recover from the devastation. Please keep them in your prayers

Thank God that it appears that everyone in the Mo Gang are OK.........a part of St. Louis County (Sunset Hills) got hammered pretty good (about a half mile square area) but their were only two minor injuries. That is remarkable, since many house are either leveled or have sufficient damage that they will be condemned. Linda and I were close to that area asbout a half hour before it hit but, thank God, we decided to head for home prior to the storm hitting.
All those who wern't so blessed will be in our prayers!

update

Just got an update, My friend was trapped in the milk barn with his father. His house was across the highway and was distroyed with his wife inside. He and his wife are now hospitalized. Father deceased.

Despite the total chaos, even the neighbors that lost everything have been milking the cows for them with the equipment that is left. Ironically they only lost one cow out of a heard of 80 dairy cows.

Praying for family and friends

Yes, all is well at the Bee hive. Ft. Leonard Wood got hit pretty hard, but no major injuries. F3 tornado touched down and threw stuff around pretty good. One housing area lost about 12 homes, so it could have been worse. No damage in the Hunter's Point area so X-peschons place is OK too. MoLee may have to dig out his building to get to work on Monday. I couldn't get out that far to check. FLW is closed and they had most of the area blocked off. I took a few pix.

Wasn't able to view your pics G-Man, but seen the ones posted by Mo Lee. Looked like a lot of damage in your area. Prayers go out to all those affected.

We are all good here, storm cell seemed to split and go North and South of our little town. All we had was a little wind and rain, and that is all we needed of this type of situation. At one point I could hear the tornado sirens from the three towns around us all going at the same time.

Glad to hear our SpyderLovers are safe and sound. But prayers to those that have been affected.

Sad to hear about the damage, and those that were killed or injured. My daughter is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, but is home right now for the holidays. She returns on Monday, so I did not have to worry about her. I am sure she will be busy when she gets there.
