Error code p0172 after stage 2 flash

Anybody have any error codes pop after stage 2 flash?. I have a 2018 F3s. Did stage 2 flash, cat delete, and K&N air filter. After about a week, check engine light came on and shows code p0172. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What does this mean?

Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor
Faulty Spark Plugs
Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
Exhaust Gas Leaks
Ignition Misfiring
Incorrect Fuel Pressure
Faulty Fuel Injectors

I'm guessing Monster/Wick-It is going to have to scan/reflash your ECU. Dealer won't help with your flash. Kind of a PIA Good luck

Question...do you use premium gasoline..or regular.

Yes. Have tried regular and still having the problem

Contact whoever has done your ECU flash and see what they say.

It's been 12 days. You have contacted the the place that did the flash, haven't you ??

Yes. I have sent 2 emails and no response. I put the cat back on and changed the O2 sensor. After about 2 weeks the check engine light went off.
