• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After a ride yesterday with no problems, started Spyder, engine light came on. Put SE5 transmission in reverse at it move but with transmission chatter. Put it in 1rst to go back in garage and got transmission chatter again. Came in house and searched SpyderLovers and read posts. Went back to machine and no more problems. They all went away. Control+Set+turn signal cancel showed blank grey screen.

Hard to say..!!

seems a lot of momentary problems are coming up. They go away but leave you perplexed. Could just be a missed shift from the selenoid. Now it is all lined up and working. Make sure your oil level and condition are good. Make sure you electrical connections are good. You may have to have the dealer to check for stored codes with buds...:gaah:

Same thing happened again today. Got engine code P1614. Came in house to search Can Am engine code P1614 and most said throttle body problem. Went back out and started engine and problem was gone again. Will take it to dealer this afternoon.

Dealer said ECM program updated. Haven't had any more problems.

Glad to hear your problem is solved. Sometimes, the :spyder2: will do a computer glitch just to let you know who is in charge.

Oil level can do funny things with the tranny and shifting, so always a good place to start.

Persistent problems require a trip to the dealer which you did and got the problem solved.
