Are all 2013 Spyders 50 state legal? Or are there California specific models?
the California version has 'peddles'.... roflmao
:lecturef_smilie:
just kid'n pal.... i have no idea... :roflblack:
She's full of... "incorrectness"!
The California specific models come with .50 cal machine guns built into the frunk and the swing arm. The mods have to do with California drivers, and nothing to do with emissions. Trust me. I live in the People's Republic of California. Now I'm really confused. I called Can AM. The lady who answered told me they were not all legal in CA. According to her there are CA specific models. I was unaware of this. Any owners in CA that can confirm? She took my info and VIN and said she would do some research to verify and then get back to me. I'd like to know if the emission sticker on a Spyder purchased in CA is the same as the rest of us. Not sure why their label would say it's legal in the US, if it is not in CA.

Thank you for contacting BRP.
In response to your request, the emission standards are different in California. Your vehicle does not meet the standards in California. To validate this information, you can contact the California Air Resources Board.
I hope this information will help!
