• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Elka Stage 3 front shocks

I had installed the Baja sway bar & Elka rear shock shortly after purchase thus I didn't notice any major change in handling due to lack of riding exposure prior to that install. Now at close to 3000 miles I installed the Elka stage 3 front shocks. I have noticed a major improvement in ride & cornering. I live next to a large round cul- de- sac turn with a minor surface bump. The F3's handling at fast speed has really shown a handling improvement with the new front shocks as does the normal street surface smoother ride.
For me it's always questionable to judge things by "seat of the pants" riding but this improvement was instantly apparent.

I installed the Baja Ron sway bar after I had 4,000 miles on my F3 and actually I was not impressed one bit. Doing it over again I would just replace the stock plastic dog bones on the ends of the stock sway bar. Now regarding your shock installation.......You made an excellent choice. I have Stage 5 all the way around my F3 and on the rear I have the Pre-load extension and the external reservoir. After several adjustments I finally have them just about perfect for two up riding and when I ride solo. I can tear up the corners if I wish and the bike stays tight into the turns now.

A Real Difference

Go find yourself a good laser alienment. Had my F3S aligned at Maggie Valley rally last week and what a difference. The F3 is balanced now with no scrubbing in the corners or extreme rebound when correcting. Was told by tech that most all can am F3s are as much as an inch and a half off from factory. I waited until over 7000 mile before the fix, glad I did. Now I've got to find a vender to align the my wife's RTS, could kick myself as I could of had it alien end in Maggie also.
