I think Ed ought to be charged $ for the police calls that he makes while knowing they are bogus and only made to try to intimidate. Anyway, the police department is now on notice and aware of Ed's antics. If I were Chief, I would have Ed arrested for abusive reporting and intentionally wasting taxpayers money if he continues to call police. One warning, second time, handcuffs and bye, bye Ed.....
