ECU flash for 2021 RTL

1. I'm trying to confirm that the ECU flash from Monster Fuel / Wick-it will work on my 2021 RTL.
2. Trying to find the hand held tool to upload the flash. It shows on the Monster web page but no apparent option to purchase it? No reply from vendor

This is the device you need to flash the ECU tunes.

It works on all 20+ RT/F3.
Wick-it also sells it but I don't think it's listed on their website.

The advantage of the PV3 is it stores 4 tunes, including the stock tune and doesn't require removing the ECU for shipping and waiting for return. The tune can be changed anytime you wish - takes about 5 minutes per swap.
