• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good afternoon all I have a 2014 rt/s with the 1330 eng
hw do you know if the Eco mod is on I idly get 250 miles
to a tank of gas I o Ky got 200 on my last trip I think
some how I got that Eco mod on but don't know how to tell
thsnk for all the help in advance .

To engage ECO, you have to hold the mode button down a little longer--when activated, it will show a little green leaf in the upper right hand of the square screen.

I think this has to be manually engaged to run it. You will be lucky to get 1 or 2 extra mpg using it.

Most of us don't like it for various reasons. There has been a recent thread or two on the subject.

Every time there is an ECO thread, I feel the necessity to rant about the loss of the electric frunk release. There, I did it. :roflblack:

Read pages 29-31 of your Operator's Guide; a complete explanation of ECO Mode, including pictures, is there.

Not to contradict Bob, but superslabbing it to Spyderfest the past two years I got 33 mpg without using ECO mode and that easily gives me 200 miles per tank. But out in your neck of the woods my concern is not miles per tank but frequency of gas stations. My last two trips to the NC/TN mountains with ECO mode on just for the heck of it I got almost 43 mpg and that included 45 or so miles of interstate riding on each tank.

I wish I could get that type of mileage....but I am happy with what I get.

ECO????

I get 40+ mostly and I NEVER use ECO mod. Milage does drop at speed ( 75+) though.

just filled last night. 230 miles and 5.7 gal. light flashed for over 20
miles. thought that was pretty good for mostly wisconsin hilly back
roads 2 up and quite a bit of shifting last sun. found out that a roll of lawn edging
can barely be jammed in the frunk . wife carried the other. no neighbors
at menards !!--irv

Write us a poem about "oranges"...

Oranges are one of my favorite fruits, but every time I eat them I get the "toots"

So I've changed to grapefruit but not as sweet It still gives me something to eat.

You asked for it and I delivered.

There once was a guy named Fred who always laid in bed, and by and by they found out, poor old Fred was dead!
