• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamonster may I ask a question. I remember you saying that you used ear buds for sound on your spyders. Can you explain this a little. I bought a BRP helment with the audio and I'm haveing grerat trouble aligning the speakers to my ears. I must have a obshaped head or something. You may have a sulution to this by using the ear buds. Not sure if you use this on the RT or not. thanks. Bob

Just tossing you an idea here as you wait for Lamont to respond...

I have one of those weird shaped heads as well. My wife says it is caused by over-sized jaw muscles... Not sure if she means that from my eating or talking... Heck maybe both! :shemademe_smilie::roflblack:

Anyway... We found the BRP units to be a tad thicker than most. So what I did was dig a little cavity into the Styrofoam for the back of the speaker to fall into.

I would much rather have the correct fitting helmet on my head than not. So a little digging worked out pretty good for us and we no longer have red sore ears as we once did...

I took the connector that is to be used for the mp3 player in the trunk and bought a coupler to go between that adapter and the earbuds. Works great and I can hear my GPS too.

Fits ok inside the brain box? Thanks again Lamonster. I think you saved me. I like tunes but the BRP speaker placement area only lets the speakers play like through a large pillow. Sounds like heck!!!
