• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Drove the new Limited home today!

We picked up our new Limited today and enjoyed the 150 km trip home till it rained on us. Wonderful to ride except it seems to wander around a bit. As if the toe-in is not set right. When the rain stops I will measure it.

Welcome. It could be a slight adjustment. I suspect though you just need to adjust to how it handles. I thought the same thing on the way home with mine. Enjoy the :spyder2:.

Too tight a grip on the bars will make a Spyder seem to wander, most of us had to learn not to overcorrect. Check your tire pressure, the factory pressures are a little low.
:congrats: and :welcome:, and remember, the hardest part of ryding a Spyder is getting the smile off your face. Ryde safe.

:congrats: Welcome Aboard, now the Fun begins,:yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::agree:.....Mike....

When I first got mine I had the same problem...just seemed way too twitchy. Then I learned to relax on the bars. That's the ticket.

Oh...:congrats:

Welcome to the gang. You're in for a real trip. Hope the sun comes out tomorrow and you can..........

Ride in comfort,

:welcome: and :congrats: on the new ryde. Try a little lighter touch on the handlebars. We noticed that on the new RT we just brought home compared to my 2010 RT-S. No problems now after a few hundred miles of driving it.

Thanks to everyone for the welcome and advise on riding the new Spyder. You are probably right, I just have to get accustomed to how it handles, or I just can't see around my great big grin!
