• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Utopia if you are not going to change out the OEM seat or buy a Corbin.

Corbin with backrest is my current choice. Had one on my 2008 GS and now on my 2010 RTS.

Utopia!

I installed the Utopia backrest a week ago and works great.

I am suffering for many years from lower back problems, this weekend I did a 1000+ miles ride and felt great, the backrest is defiantly the best modification I did to the Spyder.

Our '08 has the Ultimate seat and backrest...love them. Will probably put a Utopia backrest on my '12 RT since I'm happy with the seat that's on it. Will switch to an Ultimate seat and backrest when I need a new seat. They've got excellent customer service.

Utopia Backrest

I just installed the Utopia backrest on my 2008 GS. It was easy to install and looks great. I haven't had a chance to test ride yet, but have heard great things about them. I can't wait until tomorrow for a test ride!
