• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anybody have any idea if they make a drivers back rest for the spyder? i used to have a suzuki savage and protac made a removeabledrivers backrest...wonderfull on long rides

Yes, but I did not order one.....
I think (although it looks totally different-view on the CamAm Spyder website) it is a part of the componet system. You must purchase the back rack, then the backrest clamps onto the rack. This is how it works on Harley D's. It totals about $500 for both parts.

I think he wants a drivers backrest like the Utopia. The Spyder one is just for the passanger I'm pretty sure.

Sorry, I misunderstood. Talked to my spouse and he said that until we actually get the bike to compare it to different bike company products, he would assume that a good fabricator and upholstery shop could help you. However....I ordered the mono seat cowl. Placement over the passenger seat portion gives a small driver's backrest/backsupport. It's not much....but it was all they were offering!
