• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

drive belt position

Every time I check my belt on the rear pulley it's in a different place, against the inside flange in the middile or to the outside of the flange. Is thit normal. all the nuts & bolts are tight.:dontknow:

Mine is always in the same place -- except after backing up - if I back up over 10 feet the belt gets very close to the flange - if I am going forward it is always at the same position away from the flange.
What is your belt tension? You should have about and inch of play at the center of the belt while applying about 10 pounds pressure.
You can buy a Krit belt tension gauge at NAPA for around $20. for a better reading.

Have the same problem here. Most likely a belt alignment issue or bearings starting to go! Going to try and adjust mine first then go from there.

This is not normal, IMO. Check for proper belt tension, and worn hub or swingarm bearings or bushings.
