Dreaded Vibration on Highway

I am confused on what I would need to buy, with so many post on idlers...I know there have been many post on the belt vibration at highway speeds, but exactly what would I need to purchase to stop this? Is there anyone in Dayton area that could do the install on a RTL?

You would need a kit #3.

Here is the install video. The unit shown has now been incorporated as one bracket instead of two.

There are a few improvements we have done and are explained in the paper instructions.

Just get the tensioner

I got the tensioner from Doc H. Installed it about 600 miles ago and it's just perfect.

I took everyone's advice and went to see Doc Humphrey today. WOW!! What a difference it made. I had over 2 hours to get home and NO belt vibration at any speed.

While I was there Doc installed the shock stiffeners and again WOW! Say it backwards WOW! Lastly, Doc and his wife are GREAT! We talked and listened to music. Doc escorted me to the Ohio line and we said our good byes. Good bye for now, hope to see you guys soon. Thanks
