• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Drain plug washer

Of course my brp kit was missing the crankcase side plug washer. Anyone know off the top,of their head if that's a piece I can get separately? Looks like first oil change not as smooth as hoped.....

Not a problem....

They are available at the autoparts and Home Depot as well. Get either the copper or aluminum ones. The old ones are reusable a couple times but best change them with the oil...

Good to know, what is the technical name of that washer? Is it a crush washer? That's the term I've heard used before.

Thats what we always called them. Crush washers and ususally the copper were used on the higher torqued bolts and aluminum on the others. Brake lines use them on the banjo bolts as well....
