• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Double Play is a Home Run

I've pretty much install every light that No Magic has on my Spyder. This was by far the quickest install of them all. Start to finish took about 10 min. and it works great.

I was able to tap into the aux wire for my keyed power and the rest was just a matter of unplugging your mirror turn signals and plugging in the Double Play.

This is the wire I tapped into.

I agree... put it on yesterday although I went ahead and tapped the rear light as directed... already had the underside off for the Triple Play doo-dad.

Was that the purple wire with the white tracer you used? It's hard to see the color well in the photo. :dontknow:

ACC Circut

I have a lot of wires running around the Spyder with the 8 pod Wizard lights, and double/triple play. I want to eliminate the long orange wire going from front to back powering the double play.

Did anyone ever figure out exactly which color wire that Lamont hooked up to? Best I can see from the schematic, it is red with a white tracer. But there is more than one fuse with those wires. The 3 amp acc circut and a 10 amp fuse that goes to: DESS. Lic Plate light, Pos lights, tail lights, and Diag conn. fuse. Would hooking up to thaT be a problem?

You mean you don't like that nice orange wire that runs under your seat? I always try to figure out what I am going to do with it and am always afraid it's going to get caught on something...I might try to velcro it down to the frame as I do with the Battery Tender when I'm not using it...

I like this as neat as possible, it seems to make sense to tap in where Lamont did, but I want to be sure I am getting the right wire.

If it's wasn't so cold I would go pull the panel and check for you but just count the wires from left to right and that's the one I tapped into. You can probe it with a light meter too.

Yes it is the purple white for the switched Acc fuse #3. Using this one has a nice feature, the front signals will stay on steady as running lights for a half minute after you shut of the key. Don't forget if you use this one, the fuse needs to be put in if that circut was never used.
