• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does this look right?

I tried installing these same lights on my 08 GS SE5. I can't get them to work though. I tapped into the fender tip lights. They still work but the Auxbeam ones won't. I've tried them with a battery jump starter and they light, so I know the lights are good. I don't really want to wire straight to the battery, with a switch that I can forget to turn off. Anyone have any ideas why they don't want to work?
Are you running a ground wire from the light to a clean metal surface somewhere? that would be my first guess, as far as the switch goes, i think its a better idea since you don't want the lights on all the time, it will be kinda hard to forget to turn the switch off with a very bright light shining in front of the bike:D

I would like them on all the time for the better visibility. I didn't run a separate ground wire. I just tapped into both writes running to the fender tip lights.
