• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does the 2020RT Limited decrease the wind buffeting of the driver?

I have a 2013 RT-S. I am 6'2" tall and I find that even with the windshield in the upper position, my noggin gets whipped around pretty strongly. Does the 2020 RT-L protect the driver better? I see where the seat is 1 inch lower and 2 inches back. Thanks for your replies.

I know nothing about the 2013 models but it sounds like you might need a taller/wider windscreen.

I can tell you that my 2020 is the base model and I get no buffeting whatsoever. I have even cut down the stock windscreen 3-1/2 inches. I am 6 feet tall. The addition of the trunk on the Limited model should not affect head buffeting but what do I know.

Mine does, wife gets the same with no change. Very comfortable up front now! My 18 I would get hammered up front

I have a 2020 RT base model and I'm 6 ft. I get no buffeting at any speed all the way to 100 mph on slab. At high speed, I adjust the screen to see over top about 2 inches for the best flow.

I'm 5'5" and on my 2020RT I can almost stand completely erect before I feel buffeting. I know that's not helpful, but I couldn't resist.

I'm 6ft...and haven't had my 2020 RTL long, but run with windshield all the way down so I see over the top and don't feel hammered by the wind at all.

I’m 5’10”. On highway with the stock windshield just below eye level no buffeting or wind For me or passenger. It’s like I’m riding in a bubble

Just did 200 miles today on my new RT. Mixture of stop-n-go traffic (thank you I77 contruction), in town, curvy skinny roads and far too long on the superslab (~40 miles) at speeds up to 97mph (BUT ONLY WHERE IT WAS LEGALLY ALLOWED). I'm 6'2" and had the windscreen most of the way down. Maybe up an inch on the superslab. All the way down the rest of the way. Probably could have lit a cigarette (if I still smoked).

Yes it is an improvement over previous years.
