I asked him about the brightsides and he said he didn't sell them because they don't meet DOT regulations.

They are going to be available a little later this Spring. They will have the reflector like the fronts.

Making them with the reflector is a little more expensive, but looks nice and is DOT.

We try and have all of the TricLED products in stock and will have them as soon as they are ready.
We will post when they are available.

I'd be interested in how to get power to the side saddlebags.... Was thinking of adding LED lights there, but power could be a challenge.

I think the Show Chrome units are the best. They are better style too with rounded edges.
They come ready to go as riding and/or turn signals with no additional things needed (2014's need a resistor or a reverser).
They also have a few more LEDs in them than the others.
They are DOT approved too.

Why do the '14s need a resister?

Two others with 14`s have reported when adding any turn signal lights it causes fast blink. Seems the 14`s are more sensitive than previous years. There was a post just last week about it and all the guy did was add turn signal lights on the mirrors and he got a fast blink. Resistors solved it.
