• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does Anyone know what this is?

I was changing out my shocks today and this connector was in the way hanging there. Any ideas what this thing is?

Looks like the boot and plug that is meant for the optional 12v accessory outlet. It's included on all RS/GS models (not sure on RT) it's usually cable tied to the frame out of the way. Unless you have the outlet installed then it is attached to the back of the outlet behind the frunk.

Funny. Changing shock was exactly how I found mine, and posting almost the same pic was how I found out what it was.

If you don't have a power outlet installed, I would suggest you get one, and not too expensive or hard to install. Not only comes in handy for charging your GPS (or phone), but my mechanic plugs in his tester to see how my charge on my battery is doing.
