• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does an Exhaust fm a 2019 and earlier RT fit a 2020+ RT?!?

Edit: Let's try this another way. Someone out there has got to have taken an exhaust can from a 2019 and earlier RT and transferred it to a 2020+ if it is possible. Anyone?

Original Post/Question:

Question for anyone who has had a Two Bros Exhaust can on a newer RT. Will the one listed for the 2014-2022 Spyder RT fit the 2020+ RT's? Their website shows it installed on a 2019 RT but implies it will fit the 2020+.

Here is my question to Two Bros support team:

I am interested in purchasing the ‘Can-Am Spyder RT (2014-2022) S1R 3K Black Carbon Slip-On - Part Number 005-3930405-S1B’. I want to be sure this slip-on can fits the 2022 Spyder RT Limited. The look of the new exhaust is different on the 2020+ as compared to the 2019 and earlier.

Here is their reply:

So, we have never done a fitment test on the RT Limited Edition. From what we do know suspension is a little higher, there’s additional storage space, and extra cushion. Placement is a huge factor; I can’t assure you our exhaust would fit.

Anyone have any input so I can decide to buy it or not? I don't really want to fork out over $1,700 for the Akrapovic. That is a ridiculous price as far as I am concerned.

One last attempt. Has anyone taken an exhaust can from an older Spyder and installed it on a 2020+ Spyder and does it fit? Any brand. They all have to be the same as far as fitment to the cat pipe.

Yes. Fits perfectly. I transferred the bypass and two brothers muffler from the 2014 to the 2021 with no issues. I now have Akrapovik muffler and love it.
