Does a Lithium Battery work in a 2008 GS? What Lithium Battery did you use?

Hello all! I put a lithium battery in my Yamaha and love it! Now, my 2008 GS Spyder is showing low cranking voltage, so I would like to put a lithium in it, but want to be sure it is compatible, not everything is. So, have any of you with a 2008 put a lithium in your ride, how does it do, what battery did you use, please? Thanks.

Of course, a lithium battery will work on your Spyder. Just get a good one. There are several out there that do a fine job.

I have a lithium battery in my 2023 Spyder and love it. It turns the engine over without any hesitation at all. The factory battery gave up after about 6 months. The lithium has been in Spyder for 26 months now without any problems. I picked mine up at Lamonster Garage :
