Ive read on some threads that it does have AM radio and some threads say it dosent have AM just FM ? thanks for any info. Im one of the few who still listens to AM Radio:doorag:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Does 2018 Spyder RT Limited have AM radio

All our local Dealers here tell me the 2018's have ONLY got FM radios, & they are really only there to justify having speakers & to let those radios be demo'ed & tested...... any/all other sound/music playing systems you need to supply! :sour:
Apparently no-one ever complained about the radio itself, just their 'sound system' & its interface to all the other owner/ryder supplied audio/music playing systems, so the story we are getting locally is that with no complaints, BRP 'assumed' that any other radio &/or music playing system from them
just wasn't wanted or warranted.... :shocked:

Just watched one of smoakes videos on the new 2018 dash and he states theres both AM and FM ?

This was a first impression and he said thing as if they were the same as the previous year bikes. I'd like you to go to a dealer and show me the AM on one.

AM Radio on a 2018 rt...
Heres a pic i got from BPR web page which shows AM.....I called the dealer today and he said there was a AM radio and FM radio on the 2018 RT Limited...ill be going up to see and hear it myself if its true and ill take a pic..Perhaps some of the later 2018 builds come with AM

I get the impression that the picture that shows the presence of AM radio; is from some sort of pre-production prototype...
Kind of like those of the 2014 RTs, that still had Frunklid release buttons on them.
