• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

dodge ram truck with a death wobble. wow

 The guy is an absolute MORON, for intentionally setting his truck up to recreate that situation on a public highway... :gaah:

Get it off the road, and take it to your dealer... :banghead:

As for posting your stupidity on the internet for the World to see...

Worst car company on the planet and we bailed them out. Last Dodge PU that I owned convinced me to buy a Toyota.

Yikes...!!

That is some serious wobbling. I would not have done it again if I survived the first time..:yikes::yikes:

See the dealer.

Video a good idea, recreation of a dangerous situation, and trying the stunt in traffic--not so smart.

Glad the lawyers did not have to use the video when the estate tried to sue Dodge for a death caused by a wobbly pickup. It could have happened that way.

The Dodge truck I owned was trouble free.

I wasn't there but I still care! POW /MIA VETS

You don't know the history of that truck. 9000mi, so. Did he hit a curb, pothole ect to knock the front end out of wack and now he's trying to get Ram to foot the bill?:dontknow:. If it is actually something wrong, and Ram said there's nothing wrong with the truck, I'd do the same thing, but with the service manager in the passenger seat.

BTW.. it's Ram, not Dodge. Ram split from dodge in late 2009.

I might actually have to check out the new Chevy trucks when the time comes to replace my current F250. Trouble is, I think this 2002 truck is going to outlast me. Its still runs and drives as good as when I bought it, gets an average of 18mpg around town and can haul anything I hook up to it. Its comfortable and well appointed and everything works. Just no need to spend $75k for a new one yet.

Ram on the other hand is not even a consideration anymore. Will not own a Fiat. And their consistent ranking at the bottom of the quality and repair surveys among all brands just reinforces my thinking.

I have a friend that owns a Dodge pickup truck. I sent him the video. He said he had the same thing happen to him. It was a broken part and had it replaced.
