• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do You MInd, If I Play Through?

They own the land....

:roflblack::roflblack: they roam all over. Not uncommon to have them take a dip in your pool :yikes: animal control has it's work cut out for them down there......

We could get more than a couple of servings of jerky out of him; right? :D

Um, how fast can gators run? Looks like that guy could have been "in the danger zone"..

About 20 mph, from what I've seen on TV. At any rate, they can outrun a human, but only for short distances. Or so they say. . . . "Depends what the meaning of 'short' is.":yikes:

He definitely "too close for comfort"...

Unless that smart phone, was smart enough to also pack a .338 Win. Mag, in one of it's apps. :D

I just saw coverage on the weather channel about this 'gator. They stated that he was 15 ft. long. Their hide is so tough that it will deflect a 17 cal. bullet, i8f you miss the "kill spot".

After thinking about this a bit more; the nit-wit out in front in the video, probably wasn't in TO much peril...
...But he was definitely too close for comfort!

Gators usually focus directly in front of them, when planning an attack...
They are masters of "The Quick Lunge". They can cover a very short distance, in the blink of an eye! nojoke
That's why they usually grab critters by the head, while they're getting a drink of water. :yikes:

But if you got his attention, and he turned towards you: do you think that you could start backing up, and get turned around, AND find "top gear" in time? :dontknow:

Great video but this reminds me of the ignorant tourists in Yellowstone getting to close to the Bison (Buffalo). "you mess with the Bull you eventually get Gored"
:yikes:
