I posted before I bought the XM/MP3 player on XM website.
Well the product does not get good reception and the battery has terrible life.
So, now I want to return the product. They tell me you cannot return the item due to terms and conditions. So basically, They are taking 229.00 and telling me that this is their online policy. If I bought this from Best Buy, they would return it, no questions asked.

Just contact your Visa company - they should work it out so you can return the item for full credit. Had to do this a few times.

I gave it to AMEX, just an FYI

Sirius stock is around .40 cents a share down from 6.66.

Sometimes the market does give out justice.

You can reject an Amex transaction as easy as Visa/MC. Especially online.
