Just amazing how long and the path it took to reach its present state to the Gov. Sure there are other problems to deal with there in Florida besides doing wheelies.How a bout bicycles looks ok.As grandma would say ,whats this country coming too.

Operating a Motor Vehicle: Creates additional offenses regarding motor vehicle operation; requires operator of motorcycle or moped to maintain both wheels on ground at all times; requires that license tag of motorcycle or moped be affixed horizontally; provides additional penalties for certain offenses; provides for specified fine & revocation of person's privilege to operate motor vehicle.

What about when you hit those "bumps" in the road. Both tires aren't ALWAYS on the ground at all times!

The main reason for this occurring in Florida is this primarily: The sportbikes aka rice rockets were drag racing and doing wheelies at a high rate of speed. The police especially those in the Tampa Bay area attempt to stop those bikes and their license tags are located in front of the rear tire and cannot be seen unless you are standing beside it. The sport bike group is who that has police and the legislature so inflamed. There have been several accidents and fatalities on the causeways. It is already a criminal offense to drag race, which you can lose your license for a year.
