• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Deb,

Since you travel across the Canadien border, do you have any idea if there is a quarantine law regarding pets? My g.f & I will be going up to Montreal in a few weeks on the Spyder and she wants to take our 4# Yorkie.

Thanks

I am not 100% sure but I think as long as you have a current health certificate from your vet, and up to date shot records, you should be okay. I know people that have traveled across with horses and they did not have to be quarantined, just vet checked. I will see if I can find you the link to the website to verify this.

Just checked and you are safe, no quarantine on dogs. Here is your link http://inspection.gc.ca/english/anima/imp/petani/canine.shtml

Correct-- all you need is for your vet to give you up to date copies of health records and most have a 'health certificate' they will sign for you.

Simple stuff.
