• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Lovers, Hello all 2 1/2 months ago I bought a new 2016 F3 after riding Harleys most of my life. I put 1200 miles on it in the first month and took it in for oil change (I know way early). Anyway the great get away I live in south Texas 10 miles from Mexico and 50 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Traveled in Tx, Ark, Tenn, Ky, and in Ohio and met my son and we road Pa, W Va, back to Oh and on to Mi and visited my kids. Moving on home thru Ind, Ill, Mo, Ark, and back to Tx. A total of 4,325 miles in 3 weeks. The F3 purred along with out a hicup thru the rain and bugs and trucks. great machine for this kind of travel. By the way just to let you know i'm 73 years old.

9500 miles in 58 days

on 2017 F3T Limited. Zero problems. 2 oil changes. Pulling a trailer, got close to 38MPG on level ground, same as partner riding a 2015 RT without trailer. Great bike for long distance cruising.:2thumbs:

Wow...!!

Covered a lot of ground thru many states. With family visits must have been rewarding and fun....well outside of the rain and bugs...:roflblack:

Age is only a number and

Miles traveled is whatever works for you. Cool thing about ryding...sure not a competition...enjoy the journey and take time to "smell the roses"...welcome to the great world of Spyder ryding and Spyderlovers..

Welcome to the Spyder world. I switched a little over two years ago after riding Harleys and Goldwings and have never looked back. Got a few years on you so you have lots of miles to look forward to. Enjoy and check out this site often. Good people and good information here.
