What is the difference between 2015 RTS and 2015 RTS Special? Paint? Thanks in advance for any information.

The paint and it comes with the short tinted windshield. I believe that those are the only differences, except for the price.

Maybe, but consider there is a load sensor attached to the seat that lets the vehicle know if a passenger is onboard or not.
