• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Diecast Spyder on Amazon

how did you get that apart ? To me it looked like the screws that hold it together would not go back in( one way thread) . Any thing you could tell me in advance would be great ....

The screws can be backed out, they just have some kind of funky head. "Tri-Wing" Evidently they are used by Apple on the I-Phone.
If you use a straight bladed jewelers screw driver, you can get them out, and again put them back in when you reassemble the unit.

Oh, boo-hoo.

So what if some people have fun in a manner that is different from yours.

Why don't you tell us how we should be having fun. I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.

Oh Crap !! Now I have to put yet another member on IGNORE.
I love the ignore button. If I had an IGNORE button in real life, I probably could have saved myself a couple of divorces.

Calm down children, it was all in jest. Now go have your milk and cookies.

Got mine in blue several weeks ago. Instead of painting it to match my 2012 silver RT Spyder, I traded that in on a 2016 RT Limited to match the blue model. Well, not really, it just happened to work out that way.

When I see a thread like this I lose hope in the Spyder community.
Yea....just what I want, a toy.
What next.....a new pair of shoes to match your bikes color?
Maybe matching helmets?
Does your underwear match?
Did mommy and daddy pat you on the head and tell you you're special today?

Gonna make a donation to the Spyder Challenged Association (SCA). They give away free toys to challenged Spyder owners. :yikes:

Actually, you're the one who's complaining that something was put up for discussion that you didn't like or weren't interested in.

You're the one who was weak and so easily offended that a fun (or even silly) post about a toy was enough to upset you and when you believed merited a stinging reply.

Nobody here had to be told they were special or given accolades, but you felt the need to demean them to make yourself feel better in some way.

The qualities you are accusing others of having, are actually your own. That's usually the case when one sets out to hurt others with little to gain or achieve.

It's good to know that in some areas there are still a few Snowflakes falling in the middle of the summer season.

I think you owe the OP an apology. Next time a post isn't of interest to you, there are many others to read, instead.

Soon to be white Rt

Successfully taken apart and its in the paint shop, soon to be white to match mine and my granddaughters. I really don't care what Road-kill feels. I do my own thing. Pictures posted when it's all put back together.

I bought the orange, and its close to my cognac RT-S in color. It looks good on the hutch of my desk next to the model of my current car, a C7 Corvette.
