You sure..? Mopeds are 50 cc's or less and usually have pedals hence the name. Most states have them as motorcycles :dontknow:

As stated in the Nevada Revised Statute , trimoblies and mopeds do not require helmets or license endorsement . I know each state has different regs , pretty strange I agree :trike:helmets are a no brainer for sure but it is nice to be free to have an option and one less gov't control on us

You might want to some further research the definitions of the various classes of vehicles; particularly motorcycles. nojoke
While it's certainly not impossible for what you're saying to be true: I would want to make sure that I've got my ducks in a row, before arguing with a Police Officer over what my vehicle is.

EDIT: After a brief search of Nevada's DMV laws: they state that if a motor vehicle has three wheels or less; it's a motorcycle. :dontknow:
I didn't have the inclination to dig a whole lot deeper, so there might be something in the fine print that changes this...

In SC 3 wheeled vehicles do not need a motorcycle license. You do however have to have a regular drivers license.

Trimoble was added to Nevada law on 5/14/15 defining three wheeled ,3 on the ground , one power driven wheeled cycles , included with mopeds . My dealer had this info posted but wanted to check it out for myself . No endorcements or helmets required there is a NRS that covers it NRS 486.231

From what I've heard in SC the motorcycle test course would be impossible on a Can Am. The turns are too tight. So no you can't pass with a Can Am to get the motorcycle license that you don't need to drive a Can Am in SC.

I got my permit prior to getting my spyder but figured it would be good to get full license for insurance purposes but guess I won't
