• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Devestating!

Sport Glide may save them

I just bought a 2018 Sport Glide - new HD platform - amazing ride .

 Perhaps their marketing folks just aren't listening to what the market desires? :dontknow:

Build what they'll buy; or become a dinosaur! :yikes:

Nova

They screwed up royally by dropping the Buell line

I think the screwed up by not brining the Nova concept to market. Only a HUGE amount different and much more advanced. Tires of the day couldn't handle the power. Coming from a V-Max guy I'll bet you can guess the motor configuration.

I think the progressive thinkers got outvoted by the purists. They deserve the market response they get.

Interesting statistics per the bar graph.

HD is flailing in the wind to get sales back up. The last year(s), 2017 and 2018 saw the introduction of some (IMO) really nice looking stuff. They made me look, but they did not make me buy.

The new CVO stuff is now in the $40K starting prices. Not for the feint of heart or for the economically challenged.

The new GW is looking good and you can now buy a nice one for under $30K.

It's a buyers market for now. However, $30K + just does not go very far these days when it comes to upline rides.

In about 10 years, when the current market is gone or done with riding, it will be interesting where MC are in general.

They probably are...
It kind of makes you wonder what would have happened, if Victory hadn't had a knife stuck in it's gut? :banghead:

Little sad....

HD and Indian went round and round back when and HD ran away with the ball. But Their back and I have to admit HD has sat on their Laurals...Just too many wrong steps but they hang on...Hope they will be back up soon...
